About Course
Big emotions can feel overwhelming, for children and for parents.
Meltdowns, shouting, tears, refusal, sudden anger…
They often leave parents feeling exhausted, guilty, and unsure of what to do next.
A Parent’s Guide to Big Emotions is a calm, practical course designed to help parents understand why big emotions happen and how to support their child through them without shouting, shaming, or feeling like they’re getting it wrong.
This course is not about stopping emotions.
It’s about helping children feel safe, understood, and supported while they learn how to cope.
